Thanksgiving is a season of gratitude, togetherness, and celebration—and what better way to embrace the spirit than with a little creativity in the kitchen? At the InvestiGator™ Clubhouse, we’re sharing some fun, healthy, no-cook recipes that kids will love—straight from the creative kitchens of the InvestiGators™ themselves! These easy treats are perfect for brightening up your holiday table and creating joyful moments with your little ones.
- Easy and healthy snack: fresh fruit. Cut some apples, pears, and grapes and arrange them on a platter for a colorful and tasty snack. You can also make fruit skewers with berries, melon, and pineapple for a fun and easy-to-eat treat.
- Hummus is another healthy snack option that kids love. Serve it with sliced veggies like carrots, celery, and bell peppers for a satisfying and nutritious snack. You can also make your own hummus by blending chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor.
- For a crunchy and sweet snack, try making baked apple chips. Slice apples thinly, sprinkle with cinnamon, and bake in the oven until crispy. You can make apple nachos by topping apple slices with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and granola. Or we’ve shared a decadent version here with caramel and chocolate.
- A fruit turkey snack: Use a pear or apple as the body and arrange grapes, berries, and kiwi slices to make the feathers and head.
- Thanksgiving cornucopia snack: For the cornucopia, fill a waffle cone with sliced fruit and top with yogurt, fruit, and granola.
